We process (a) data you actively submit through our contact form — name, email address, company or website, budget range and your message; (b) technical data automatically sent by your browser, such as IP address, user agent, referring page and time of access; and (c) client account data shared with us under a service agreement for the purpose of advertising optimization.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is processed to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical log data is processed to operate and secure the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where we rely on consent — for example optional analytics — the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are used where required for the website to function. Where optional analytics or advertising cookies are used, they are activated only after any consent required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time through the available privacy controls or by contacting us.
5. Processors and third parties
We use carefully selected service providers for hosting, email and advertising platforms (including Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest). Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement, or as an independent controller where the platform determines its own processing. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is deleted no later than twelve months after our last contact, unless a contract is concluded. Contractual and invoicing records are retained for the statutory periods under German commercial and tax law (up to ten years).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for our office, the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner. 8. Security
This site is served over TLS encryption. Access to client advertising accounts is restricted to authorized users and protected with multi-factor authentication where supported.
